How to get missing satellite images back in SportTracks version 2

I've been using SportTracks version 2 since 2009, but at some point the satellite maps disappeared. This is due to the fact that the map provider changed some API, and I've missed the map in the last couple of years.

Just today, after importing my runs, I googled the issue again, and this time I hit the right combo of search words! Go to this page http://www.jaytag.co.uk/sporttracks-v2-map-problem-fixed/ and follow the link to https://code.google.com/p/apply-routes/downloads/list, download the .st2plugin file, launch it - and everything works like a charm again! You just need to select AR - Satellite, see picture below
